I don't know the dimensions/size. My husband threw the box it came in out. All I know is that it holds a full-size laptop on it and keeps the whole underside from overheating.

I'm not sure. I just know a regular-size laptop sits on it perfectly and it keeps the whole laptop from overheating.

it works great. I only had it for about a month. As for shipping, that depends on the postal service. Usually when I send stuff out, they get it within 3-5 days from auction ends.
