I Don't know where this come from...
it's in a foreign language so i don't know what it is either.
it's some kind of foil package with something in it.
i don't know what the characters are but in the very bottom corner you can read Pokemon and Nintendo, i say rare because I've never seen it and probably never will see another one.
if you collect Pokemon stuff why not have this too?
It's about the size of a playing card.

don't think it's stickers, it's a foil type package you would tear off the top, I would guess some kind of candy or food, but I don't think anyone would want to open it just keep it for the package it's self.

That is a packet of rice seasoning--you open the packet and shake it over cooked rice to eat it. It says it's egg flavor. Hope that helps!
