hello its not a zippo but you would refill the lighter the same way you would a zippo.. it has a wick and flint,,,, lighter did not come with instructions sorry... this is a guess on my part and from what others have told me,,,please be sure you understand my listing as i do not offer refunding of credits do to buyer remorse or buyers not reading my listings....thank you for asking...
