Not in Mint condition. Has a Water stain in the top left corner, which is truly sad as it is in great shape except for that. I have added as many pics as i can to show the spot.

While it's unfortunate it's not mint, it'd still be a great copy for someone who doesn't have one. Or as a reader copy for someone.

I set a GIN if someone really wants it. other wise bid or don't.

**MOST small items i.e. coins, cards etc go out in a first class envelope with backerboard protection. No delivery confirmation. Bubble mailers are used at my discretion for more fragile items. I haven't had any trouble shipping this way.
