But God has another plan that unfolds after Monica (Roma Downey) loses her sight and Tess (Delia Reese) recruits Promised Land's 16-year-old Josh (Austin O'Brien, Last Action Hero, My Girl 2) -to assist.
When tragedy strikes, Andrew (John Dye) arrives, and the angels help the young landlord and his tenants find strength as they learn to look beyond stereotypes that would make - them enemies in order to pull together as a community.

This special double episode of the hit Touched By An Angel features the entire cast of Promised Land, headed by Gerald McRaney, along with an all-star guest cast, including (in alphabetical order) Loretta Devine, Louis Gossett, Jr., Al Jarreau, Jenifer Lewis, George Newbern, Esther Rolle and Lynn Whitfleld.
