1. Winner must send me their shipping info within 7 days of auction close. If I don't hear from you I can't mail your item. I will re-list an item if it can't be mailed after a week.
2. I like to ship on the same day I receive customer's info whenever possible. So expect your packages promptly. Please leave me positive feedback if you're happy with the job I've done.
