yes they have the loops, is that what you mean where you drag it against your skin and it pops the blackheads out? Yup :)

You wash your face and dry it once its dry you take the utensil and use the hoop end and gently, with just a little pressure lol, drap the hoop part across your skin where the blackhead goes in the middle of the hoop and the hoop part should pop the blackhead right out, sounds gross but it really works and there is no swelling or irritation and if that doesnt work there is a little sharp needle at the other end that you can use to pop a littl whole to make it easier to get it out :) They are amazing
