I purchased these for myself, then after washing them, realized I'm just not cool enough to pull off such a distressed look...lol :) So these are new & never worn, but they've been washed and they do not have tags.

No, I bought these off the rack some time ago. I don't even think they make this particular style anymore.

Are they flare bottoms

They are skinny, which means they are fitted through the entire leg. The bottom opening is smaller than a straight leg jean but wider than a legging. If you're looking for flare, these are definitely NOT for you. :)
