This manga is for a clear file featuring the character Hatsune Miku from the Japanese anime/song program Vocaloid.

Rules:

* I will ship free to Europe and Canada (and any other country) but I will charge for shipping to the US via Paypal ( Friends and family option only to save money on the transaction for both parties, or concealed cash according to the winner's preference and risk). Please note this before you bid and feel free to ask questions. In both cases I will provide a tracking number only if the bid reaches 2500 credits and above.

* I will only ship out to verified shipping addresses. If you fail to supply me with one within 7 days after the auction closing I will keep your credits and relist the item.

* Keep in mind that I am shipping from Israel, so shipping might take 3-4 weeks if you live in North and South America and East Asia. European winners will receive their item within 2 weeks. Russian winners might have to wait up to two months.

Don't feel that way! I didn't know what it was too for a while :) A clear folder is a folder, just like those brown folders they sell. You put papers and things inside of it :D It's 'clear' because aside from the design, the plastic material is sheer. Hope this helps!
