This bag has a Nautical look to it. The sides have rope ties on them. Very pretty. I washed it and the inside is kinda bally looking.

Shipping will be $3 unless the bids go over 1000 credits!

it has 2 sections in it but I believe if your binder is not toooo fat you could.
