Description
The listing, Antique Ring **Very Unique!** LOOK! GIN BONUS - 2nd Ring! has ended.
Beautiful Antique Ring from an Estate Sale when I worked for an Auctioning company. Supposedly from 1940's. Copper Band with very intricately designed adjustable band. Setting looks to be Black Onyx but Im not sure, nor am I sure what the white angel carving is unless it is ivory? Looks like a marking underneath the setting that looks like a shield with maybe a symbol or intials maybe of some sort in the middle. It has been in my jewelry box for over 15years now and I ended up with 3 sons, so I hope some fellow Listian may fall in love with this peice as I did and maybe hand it down to generations of the future! I purchased it for $75 during the Auction back then because it reminded me of my mother (who has passed- she adored angels!) **GIN BONUS** If GIN is used I will include a 2nd ring as well...winner will have thier choice of a sterling silver .925 stamped ring (I have SEVERAL you can choose from) OR another Antique ring I have made similar to this one only the band is silver (but made the same) and the stone is a rough(not smooth/polished) round black onyx.
So Happy Bidding! I tried to get a picture of the underneath of the setting but the camera I have now doesnt take good pics of jewelry and the turned all blurry! As always Free Shipping!
Questions & Comments
Looks like a modern adjustable band to me how about a photo of the back? that will tell for sure.
As I stated above my camera doesnt take good quality pics at all. I left a more detailed comment above explaining why I cannot get a better pic & what it may be. Im Sorry!
Since you have time, more photos would be helpful in order for us to decide if we can bid 48,500 credits. A back view & a clear view of the stamp you mention. Is it adjustable? TY, just might bid w/more info.
Unjfortunatley I don't have a camera that takes detailed pics of jewelry. I had borrowed someone's camera to take pics of all my jewelry a couple months ago and these are all I have. My camera takes VERY disorted pics of close-up items. Yes, it is adjustable. Ive not cleaned it to prevent harming it in any way. The "stamp" may actually be part of the design in the band where it made, it's so small I'm not sure if it's a symbol of some sort, or was made that way. I'm so sorry I cannot be of more help. My friend that had the AWSOME camera doesn't live here any longer, she moved out of state.
I did understand your question completely and I answered accordingly. My camera does not take clear pics of close up items, they come out too blurry to show any kind of detail. In addition my 3yr old pulled the SD Duo Stick out of my computer that goes in my camera and I cannot locate it anywhere to put back in camera to take pics of 2nd ring. As I stated I have several other rings that GIN bonus winner may choose from. I will post a few of those that are already loaded on my computer.
Among many hobbies i have angels are the one i have most of bu i dont have anythng like this ring i hope i can win f& bidding for sure. you can never have to many angels.
Also it couldnt be "too" modern as Ive owned it for 15yrs now and it came from an estate sale that was given by the company I used to work for back then. It was owned by an elderly lady that had passed and her entire estate went up for auction as she had no will.
Added pictures of additional GIN choices you may choose from! I cannot find my DUO Stick that goes into my camera to even try to take extra pics of the other filigree black onyx ring but I do know for a fact that when I do find it it has never taken a clear close-up of any item. I had taken a huge box of jewelry I took to my GF's house b4 she ever moved away and used her camera and I have a "Jewelry for Sale" folder on my computer. How badly I wish I had a camera like hers..
