hope this isn't a silly question, I did read size chart but do you think it may work on a petite young lady. 5"4 about 120 lbs c-d cup? If know i still am bidding. I have my grandson and i have arthritis and the harness back pack i use for him is too difficult to use. F/W/B ty. :)
