The listing, Real Rubies Pink Saphire stunning has ended.

These are Sri Lankan Lavender Rubies, all natural and very very pretty. I tested them with a diamond tester and they almost test as a diamond, you can see some inclusions and light prisms inside the gems, they have a really natural and eye catching look with a pinkish slightly purple color. These are small gems.

they are around 1/8 inch wide/thick

ruby and sapphire are two different stones, which are these? I have searched lavender rubies and could find nothing on them.

these are Lavender rubies, but alot of people call rubies a pink sapphire once they start getting so light colored, these have a purpleish pink color to them, not your darker red like one expects with "ruby"

that's fine, they do show a little more on the pink side with the scanner, their just not real dark rubies
