So you can not play this game with just the regular Wii control and nunchuk, you have to have something else to play it?

Yes you need the motion plus attachment for remotes that don't have it built in

I used to have Wii Sports and the correct answer is that Wii Sports does not require use of the motion plus but the Resort edition does require it and was one of the original titles to make use of it. I just wanted to verify this for everyone who wanted to know.

But that was also when they were two separate games and that may be different with them as a single disk so ignore my earlier comment :P
