The listing, Anime: Peace Maker on DVD box set!!! has ended.

This is a 5 disc box set of a dhow called Peace Maker on DVD. The cases and box are in great condition. There is about 600 mins show time in about 24 episodes. Of the 5 discs the first 4 show minor scratches to the discs themselves but according to my fiance all played just fine the last time he played them. The 5th disc is in perfect condition with no scratches. Also this set is in English or in Japanese with english subtitles!!

I do require a listia approved address within 7 days of per listia rules I will keep the credits and relist the dvd.

And now for the inevitable question....whats it about? I found the synopsis just for all my fans out there!!

Plot Summary: Tetsunosuke Ichimura has always been upset about his short stature. After he sees his parents being murdered by a Choushuu assassin right in front of him, he vows with all his heart to become strong enough to take revenge on their killer. It is now 1864, the first year of Genji. Tetsunosuke, now 15, heads to the headquarters of the Shinsengumi with his older brother Tatsunosuke, looking to join the historical group to fulfill his dreams of getting stronger. Little does he realize what he is about to experience by doing so, for in order to join this army, one must forego his humanity and become a demon.

as far as I'm aware, but I do know there is another peace maker series but its titled peace maker kurogane. This is one series I've had a harder time finding out info about.

The full title IS "Peacemaker Kurogane". (Some people just call it "Peacemaker" for short.")

no I did the research and this one is not peacemaker kurogane....no where on it does it say kurogane. this one is just peacemaker.

Actually it does in Japanese...see the big red Japanese character in the logo next to "Peacemaker" in English? It's "鐵", which means "Kurogane". I'm a fan of the series, I have most of the manga in Japanese. For some reason when they released the anime here in the US they just opted to call it "Peacemaker", but if you look at the wikipedia entry you'll see the same characters, the same logo, etc. Just trying to help clear up your confusion, don't mean to step on any toes!

It's ok, I know it's confusing when companies slightly alter titles. If you look at the Peacemaker Kurogane wikipedia page, you'll see the same logo, the same characters, etc. If you search for Peacemaker Kurogane on Amazon, the same box set you have here will come up, too. Anime companies in America sometimes drop words from titles to make them shorter/easier to remember, it happens all the time (ie "Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon" became just "Sailor Moon").

thanks, because of your information I can say that yes this is a COMPLETE COLLECTION and I'm still not sure how the others are listed as Peacemaker Kurogane and this one is just peacemaker and theyre all the same but wikipedia seems to agree with you. Thanks again!
