Do not know if they are juniors or not think they are. We double checked the waist and they do measure at 32".

Just not buttoned. These have some distress to them on the front just under the pockets. There is also some fraying on bottoms. Will get pics.

Yes they would be a size 7 in juniors. I know because I have two pairs of their pants and the waist looks the same size as this pair
