You my friend, are hoping to take advantage of someone who bids impulsively. Who are you to need to "teach lessons"? When requesting a refund, there is an option that states "I didn't receive what I expected" or "I misread the auction" so basically this auction is just wasting people's time. If that isn't your intention, then you have such a big ego that you think someone would benefit from looking at your PS3. This makes me angry as a fellow listian, this should be removed by the mods.

hoping it stops some of the ignorance of people simply not reading rather then assuming with items on here.

I agree with MandyScott. The auction doesn't violate any Listia rules. If people can't read every word, that's their problem. It says right in the title that it's just a picture.

Hi, the picture you send cannot be a stock picture but must be of your actual ps3 and games.

Those bidding might want to read the entire description.

again, didnt mean to make you irritated. its just that this entire auction is kind of confusing. so you are trying to teach those who dont read the descriptions a lesson?

yes i mean very descriptive states in name + description its simply a picture. many people bid on recipe auctions or system disassemble items or such then ge very mad when they see later on its not what they was expecting then they try to get credits back claiming scam auction simply cause user did not read. its frustrating to auctioneers. I have lots of recipe auctions ( as well as physical items such as cards soon games and more) auctions i just tos a couple in that are very obviously a picture to make sure ppl read. the amount of spam after a auction due to a user not reading for some sellers is horrendous. Just to make note that members should really read all items on site they are taken part in auction.

everyone should be able to see its a picture i bluntly say it is as well as in name description and comments that is not enough to make it clear ? seems like refer accounts bidding just to give their refer the 500 credits no real members least all are reading other then trolling refers. You make it sound like i hide what the item is.

matter of opinion i suppose? or maybe people should read? or maybe they are happy with a picture. other wise why would they bid on such a obvious auction.

I for one enjoy this auction! Just proves that there are so many idiots on here who don't read and then ***** later when they find out they should of read the auction! You have all right to keep the credits whoever wins. Don't care if three is a misread auction option to get credits back. It should be null and void on this auction. It clearly says a PIC.

i would recommend reading the description to bidders as all bidders should read descriptions of auctions listed to remove any confusion. being this auction is for a picture then naturally posting the picture of the actual items would pointless to auction off no?
