- 1 Animal Alert Card
* Front - your name; how many pets at home; list pets name and what type.
* Back - Emergency Pet Caregivers; list name(s), day time and evening phone numbers; and you can list a sitter, veterinarian, or boarding kennel name and number
***Have that peace of mind that if something would happen to you ( car accident, in hospital, if your out of state ), that someone could contact a person to rescue your babies. And to know your babies are being attended to and they are safe.
