OK, I admit... I have held on to this one for a while, so it is used a bit. The only reason I am letting it go is because I got a few more. This thing is stunning! I had so many conversations with strangers over this piece. Family always tried to bribe me out of it, lol. Moma even told me she would cook me a crock pot roast & veggies once a week for a month! That was quite a temptation, so when I got the other ones, guess what? I get roast once a week for a month!!! lol Lets just say its well worth some awesome comfort food!
Ok, back to the Abalone, lol, it is on a 24 inch chain. both the chain and the pendant are 925 marked real sterling silver. I take VERY good care of my jewelry! Especially pieces like this!

I also have fibro along with arthritis and bursitis... More people have these conditions than even know it. I try to keep active to combat mine (I am red belt in taekwondo and I teach too), though I still have to take meds ... **sigh** some look at my meds and say " you are taking all that?" lol Par for the course I suppose... funny but I do not wear too many necklaces either. :) Anyway, take care hun and may God bless you! God Bless You! I'm very familiar with your disease, fibromyalgia. I'm very glad to know that you medication regiment is working for you!! With having the disease that you do, I'm sure you are probably aware of mine, which is called CRPS. It is my entire right side from head to foot with a lot of back & hip problems associated to the arthritis (inflammation) that comes along with the very cruel monster! I find comfort and strength in God My Savior! AMEN! Thanks for sharing with me. You will be in my prayers and I will pray that the medication that you are finding relief in wont stop working.
As far as weighing the beautiful stone, NO WORRIES & please don't bother. I'm sure if I can't wear it, my sister or niece would be very grateful to have it! I thank you very much for EVERYTHING! Have a Wonderful day My Friend! : )

I also have a nerve disease. Fibromyalgia... it is not fun, thats for sure, but my Lyrica, (even though I am on my highest dose possible, and it will eventually quit working), so far it has helped along with the Cymbalta. I am so sorry your in so much pain hun :o(
I had an idea! What about if I weigh it on a postage scale? Do you think that would work?
