The Coiling Gizmo is a fantastic tool for making even, tight coils from just about any gauge wire. I used it a couple of times but then decided I didn't care for wire wrapping. I misplaced the little screw that came with it, but it was simply to attach to a hard surface. Any wood screw of the right size will work.

There's a large crank and a smaller, thinner one, plus the U-bracket. The instructions are on the back of the package.
