We hope everyone has a good experience with the auctions here.

While marijuana is illegal in many states, some states have approved the use of medicinal marijuana and others are considering doing so also.

Listia does not condone the use of marijuana or any other illegal drugs. However, the listing of recipes that call for marijuana as an ingredient is not illegal in of itself, and therefore is allowed on Listia as long as it doesn't violate any other site rules. In other words, the recipe itself is not illegal, which is what this auction is for. This auction is not for marijuana.
