we are offering 25 , 2-year old jersey giant asparagus crowns (roots). we have been growing asparagus for years commercially, and have had many requests to sell crowns.

these crowns have been grown from seed on fumigated soil, and are inspected by the michigan dept of ag.

the variety is jersey giant, as we have found this variety to be the most prolific, productive of the jersey varieties. it is an all male hybrid that puts it's strength into spear production and not seed.

all of our orders will come with detailed planting instructions and recipes for different asparagus dishes.
