This is a long black skirt from Hot Topic and it is made by Morbid Threads. It is very form fitting up top and flares out at the knees. Very Morticia Adams- a true mermaid cut. Perfect for any goth, alternative, punk, emo, pinup, rockabilly, cosplay girl! In excellent used condition!

It is very stretchy and can fit a variety of juniors sizes from small to medium. Waist unstretched is 24" but can stretch up to a 30" waist. Total length is 37".

We are a smoke free home. We have a dog, but she doesn't smoke either ;) You will find that my items are in excellent condition and are as described. I have plenty more to list so keep checking back!

What is the hip measurement? Or is the waist measurement also the hip?

The hip definitely tapers out some from the waist. I am out of state at my family's house for the weekend so I can give you the exact measurement when I get home sunday night/ monday morning.
