The listing, Vintage Silver Plated Compact Mirror has ended.

Vintage Antique Silver Plated Compact Mirror. The mirrors inside had separated from the compact so I re-glued them, so there's a little crust left over from it. The Silver on the outside was tarnished so I cleaned it. Don't laugh but I used toothpaste, it oxidates the tarnish off the silver. No water was used on it. The top has initials of BN in cursive. No other markings, just the beautiful scroll work of the metal.
My GIN is high because this is vintage and its not like you can walk into any ole store and find one like this. A lot of them now are cheap metal, plastic or other. This would be a beautiful addition to any collector.

All of my items are clean and come from a smoke free home.

I always include tracking on items being shipped in the USA. Please ask if you have any questions. Please note I am listing through my cell and not respond as fast I am able. Sometimes I am unable ship right away due to circumstances and having no money. I don't ship on Saturdays or holidays.

Is it marked Sterling Silver? Any markings to indicate maker?

No it isn't marked sterling silver. But I know that plated sterling silver isn't usually. Unfortunately no marking. The inside is shinier than the outside, so that part isn't sterling silver plated. But it was heavely tarnished, it took me awhile to clean it.

F & W WIll be bidding. Just to let you know, hon. Your shipping is not very high but you can't charge more for shipping because something is worth more money. Listia rule says you can only charge shipping fees not make money on them. You are certainly not too high on yours though. I was referring to the statement you made about why shipping was high.
