Great deal here guys. Almost a ten dollar value. Spat Washables. Purple swag. THIS IS TEMPORARY! No box. No wand for applying. Was bought by mistake because I OBVIOUSLY CAN'T READ "Washable." Unused.

You can use an old tooth bush. Or just your fingers it's temporary it'll come right off. Or a disposable glove.

Sorry about all the questions but this is pretty cool and im going to bid on it .....i do have a couple more questions though ummm when u put it in do u jave to do any else to your hair ,does it make ur hair.crunchy wete you apply it ,and is there anything that makes it stay permanently

No problem all questions are welcome. When it's in and dry you comb it and it becomes soft and it will flake a tad when you comb it. You can't make this kind permanent. I've found chalk has a more permanence on my hair than this. I haven't used this one (bottle is like new never used no packaging) but I had a reddish one that I have used. Same brand.
