Black Phoenix Alchemy Labs is a fragrance company. This is a fragrance oil. You can use it for much of anything personally or in your home that you would fragrances oils for. Most commonly people use them as a body fragrance oil.

For personal use, yes it is high grade. More specific information should be on the company's website, or available by contacting then. But, their company doesn't give permission to use their oils for commercial use (you can use it in your own creations...shampoo, soaps, etc), but you can't legally sell items made using them).
