October is Breast Cancer Awareness and I'm offering this very large lot of items for all of you.

This would be great for a fundraiser, group or as gifts.

There are 3- 8-1/4" x 6-3/4" foam mouse pads with 'Hope Strength Courage and the Pink Ribbon on them.

5 - 1" Pink Ribbon glitter pins

3- 8" magnetic Pink Ribbons with Find The Cure on them

3- Pink Ribbon keychains. 3-1/2" overall length

3- 13" bookmarks with black cord and silver ends and Pink Ribbons that have red hearts on them.

Excluding cancer of the skin, breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer in women.

Breast cancer ranks second among cancer deaths in women (after lung cancer).

70% of breast cancers occur in women without a family history of the disease.

One in eight women develops breast cancer over a lifetime of 80 years.

Men can also get breast cancer.

I've given a lot of these items to very good friends. I've loved and lost friends, family and others with breast cancer. I've also met so many wonderful people who've fought this disease.

After a year of being in remission, I'm again being tackled by the breast cancer beast...only in my bones, lung and maybe liver now. This auction is great. I haven't the energy to do a fund raiser but let me check if my the Cancer Center I use is interested if I try to get this.

I wish you had this auction days ago. Today we participated in the 5k "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" Walk in Costa Mesa, California. The theme was "I'm creating a world with more birthdays". The crowd was thick, so many people care. Crossing the finish line with the roar of cheers from everyone and just being there for the Cause, felt good (=
