It's a tunic-length top (19" from armpit to armpit & 23" from top to bottom) with 3/4 sleeves, a thin cord to tie around its back that accentuates your waist & buttons at the the bust with beautiful lace detailing. The blouse has an abstract flower pattern in shades of purple, white & black. It's made of 100% polyester & has NO stretch.
