I haven't checked for Germany but if you win the bid I will go to the post office and get you the actual shipping cost for you. And the picture is the one that I bought it from the unit looks just like that when you plug it into the computer. I just can't use the fan and my wi-fi antenna too. They both won't go in together. That is the only reason I am having to part with it. It is really COOL hooked up.

The picture doesn't do it justice. I really love it but it just won't work with my antenna too and I really hated that.
