Questions & Comments
Very nice! So you are persnickety ? LOL My collection is less "persnickety" but love collecting used postage stamps!
Yup! I keep stamps I don't have of course even if they're damaged until I find a better one. Glad to see another new stamp collector listian on here. I think listia is the perfect place for stamp collectors because we can trade our stamps for credits and get the ones we need. It's genius and you don't have to worry about paypal or money. :o)
I agree with you. I was thrilled to see that Listia has it's own category for stamps. I am building up credits and then I want to go stamp bidding crazy! LOL... What happens after you find a better stamp to replace the not so nice stamp? I keep them all and keep them together.
Some of the collectors here have kids or nieces and nephews that collect any condition stamps and I have a damaged bin for those stamps that they could still use if they are just lightly faulted. Also, sometimes I raid them for art projects and such.
What a great idea to have a bin full of stamps. i sure wished I could have some, lolol. I love stamps! What a great idea to use the stamps in art projects! You must be so creative!
