I had only 2 of these which were auctioned here and everyone loved them so much that last Saturday I went to try to get some more, unfortunately they were all gone all I could get is one, in perfect new shape except for the white cardboard box which show a bit beat up, but I also got other two Harry Potter watches, different model which I will auction here within the next 2 weeks but the model as I said is different so if you like this one don't let it go!! Yes, it is a battery watch and no it does not include the battery... But I will post a couple of batteries soon for I realize there are a lot of watches out for auction which need battery, as I said it is brand new in its box so i rather just let winner to take care of that, the hello kitty watch I have also listed came from the retailer with battery so that one does have battery
