Hey, I found the "code" letter from the 1940 war time. Lucky for me, I studied the letter, and wrote up exactly what was written and why it is deemed a CODE letter. I am working on a description now. This auction (and a few others) will all be listed tonight, just after 7:00 PM, California time. When I get enough credits, I will go back to starting auctions with low GIN of 2,000.
