These are used designer sunglasses. They've been dancing around my husband's drawer for a while so they do have some scratches and wear. Others will not see the scratches as you wear them but you will notice specks here and there as you look out. The left lense has a scratch that's more pronounced. You can see the specks and scratches in the pictures if you look for them.
There is also a small spider-like crack or shatter on the right lense (looking out). It's right at the point where the metal meets the lense (next to the Fossil) insignia. It's pretty hard to notice (see pic #10). It almost looks like it's a design! It does not affect the stability of the glasses at all (they don't wobble or move at the point of the crack.)

I want to make sure you know what you're getting so please look at the pictures extra carefully.

They're definitely not new but the style and brand are worth the imperfections!

The only "numberings" I see are "Cat. No. 2" on one of the side metals and "Doc MS" on the other. Hope this helps!
