I would like to explain why my feedback has dropped to it’s current level. Around the first of the month, I was diagnosed with a kidney ailment that kept me in bed for over a week. Then on April 9 we lost out fourteen month old grand daughter, and Listia kind of became a secondary concern for me. I have reached out to a number of people who won my auctions and I have refunded credits to anyone who has asked and will continue to do so. The majority of the people who I have dealt with have been great, but there have been a few *****. I let them know they were ***** and they gave me a negative feedback.
