I am going to include another recipe of your choice. I come from a long line of great cooks. It runs in our blood. My daughter is even a head chef. Just let me know what you are looking for...from the best cinnamon roll recipe, to fried chicken, or anything and I will find it in my recipes and include it with this one.

Fascinating Marianne!!! I may bid just to see how Opossum should be prepared and seasoned! We shoot em round here like crazy, because we're told their droppings are toxic to our horses. Bizarre Auction!!! But very interesting! Lol!
