brand new with tags size Medium beautiful floral halter top rest area is a padded bra type material... there is a zipper up the side of the shirt because it is 100 percent cotton it is not easy to pull over so there is a zipper, there is a beautiful elastic band on the bottom that creates that little kick of beauty.... as with all of my auctions, FREE SHIPPING!!!!!!!
