well i dont think it would be, you have to put your medical information on it. if it was laminated you wouldnt be able to write on it. its a sealed package. so i cant know for sure. ty.

they usually aren't laminated. You put all your info on the card so the medics know what to do...if you want it laminated it can easily and cheaply be done at an office store....
these things really do save people's lifes.
