This cutie is perfect for spring, too! I'm guessing he was also painted as a craft project. He's in great shape! Actually, no flaws that I can see, except you can tell upon close inspection that his wings were probably hand painted; the brush strokes aren't precise. But there's no "mistakes" there and adds to the item's charm and uniqueness. He's unsigned; his country of origin unknown. He stands 3" high.
