here is some info i pulled off the internet..i bought it but didnt work for the project i wanted.

Water-based dimensional adhesive.
Use directly over artwork for a raised glass-like finish.
Thin with water for a lacquer-like finish.
Create custom colors by adding a small amount of dye ink.
Excellent for gluing glitter, beads, glass, plastic or vellum.
