This is a brand new blouse, I do not use the priority boxes for some of my items shipped because the items is cramp and may cause damage, in order for the items arrive in good condition I pay for the packaging materials to ship stuff, that is why sometimes my shipping seems a little high, and it depends on the weight and where it going. Sorry I can not lower the cost of my shipping and handling. Thanks

I pay for my boxes to ship items in, because sometimes that small priority box may damage the items. If you have seen those boxes, they are not sometimes they are not the perfect box. This is a brand new blouse I don't want to run it before it gets where its going.
