The feathers are so delicate with small clear seed beads on the stem. This accessory could be used to jazz up any scrapbook page. Could also be used to decorate a hat or what ever you want.

Possibly use them for Halloween, or Indian dress up or if you are a Red Hatter, that would make a great addition to your collection.
