Offered for bidding is a vintage 1950s House Plan & Plumbing template in original sleeve. With 1/8" and 1/4" scales, it was used in developing plans for a home built in the late 1950s. Made by Du-All (#444), the original price was $1.50 It is in excellent condition with extremely minor lead marks (in fact, it appears to have been used perhaps only once). Measuring 5" by 7", it comes in it's own sturdy sleeve with more company template information on the back (slight pencil writing on the front, most likely erasable). Clean, mint vintage condtion!Comes to you from a non-smoking pet-free home with free shipping to verified addresses!
