to Tammy531-yes it is a shoulder handbag and the measurements are 11'' high by 12 '' wide and it has a blue lining inside with 2 small pockets with a small zipper compartment also.All of my handbags are lined and none of them are ripped or stained or anything.Their all in good condition because I have so many I don't use them.There just decoration.

no-the dots aren't on the backside of the bag but there's an outside zipper on that side of the bag:)
