This came from ebay, I buy elmos for my dogs to play with and this was included in one of the lots. Thought a baby might get better use of it :) If no one here is interested will give it to the dog.

It works and makes sound. (I just tested it again to make sure)

I do not know if this is smoke free, (again it came from ebay) but I have dog(s). It is washable after removing the sound box. I can't smell anything on it....
