bodybugg by Apex. This is a used unit, that is how I bought it. I never used it, so I can't guarantee that it works. I had to download the manual because it didn't come with it. But good things can come from using it, if you've ever seen The Biggest Loser. What have you got to lose...besides pounds and inches!!

I am so sorry for not responding sooner. This is worn on the upper arm and then connects via USB cable to your computer. It tracks heart rate, sleep patterns, steps taken and distances, you pretty much wear it all the time, and it tells you how you're doing towards reaching your goals. At the end of the day you sync it and it downloads your info into a program.
