hi again! I check your auctions(when i have time) from a l;ong time ago! if you remember when listia was tiny:) As opposed to now! When I see u have no items(much like me, I just do not normally have time) I am always dissapointed! This Book, very up to date....do you have another copy that you have read? I want to bid, really fascinates me-(unlike selling on eBay anymore, but i have had some great experiences, and made friends that remain, yrs. later:) If so, wanted to know your personal thoughts. I guess with 3 teenagers, my twin sons; 14 1/2 having been (thank God) recently granted guardianship of my 13 1/2 yr old niece, my sons attend school in Montgomery Cty, my niece at Pious in Bowie & work, etc. I am afraid i would never get around to reading it:( And don't want to bid to re-sell. Did you purchase it for yourself, or to re-sell? Anyway, I always look forward to your auctions. As well, nice to see/ok email someone from Bethesda, as I grew up- or maybe never grew-up, if you know what I mean, not far from you. Take Care & Good Luck:) Deb

Deb,
Hi sounds like you have some important responsibilities. My dad is a former prof and he still gets these but doesn't read them, so he gave it to me to sell seeing it's pretty valuable. Nice to hear about another nearby person and that someone is following my auctions :-). My experience with eBay is OK. They are getting better, now they have classifieds that are free to post in like some other sites. You have to pay when you well. It sounds like they are listening to feedback.

Listia is so much more fun because it doesn't deal with money for the most part...Also the people are very friendly and seem to have similar ideas about life to me :-).

Soc. I used to get these when I was teaching college they are really interesting journals. Now let me please ask a question that is not meant to be antagonsitic- how quickly do you ship? I will be moving very soon and I have no forwarding address yet. Again, not meant to be an antogonistic question, I completely understand people have busy schedules. Great listing
