The other tapers I have are acrylic and stretch a 16g to an 8g. To use these safely you will want to put the tapers in a little at a time rather than doing a full stretch at once.

I do not. I do however have a set of two 16-8g tapers (unlisted). This would be a big stretch but could work if done slowly in healed piercings.
