I believe so but on way home to check it. I'm gonna call sprint to see. I purchased the phone off a friend but never got to hook it up because I switched to boost. I've played around with it and I wish that boost offered this phone because ItS awsome. I love it. It always nice to have that extra keyboard and the screen size is big. I will get right back with the answer to ur question

Thank u. I will do the same for u. I believe its a contract phone because it does not take a sim card. I did an ESB check and its ready to be activated. There's also ways to flash the phone over to a different phone carrier also
