This vintage item looks like a mini frypan with a built on lid. Has a handle and is silver plated. very nice addition to someone's collection.

it is tarnished but couldn!t find my silver cleaner, there are a few small scratches on it.

My daughter takes the pictures and took her camera home. The lid has a few scratches. I am going to try and clean it a bit.

The handle is at the same end as the hinge is. It is about 3 inches long. Thanks!

It does snap shut tightly, it has a hinge on back of lid. happy bidding.

fanned and watching I love this my grandmother always dipped snuff but was very discreet about it. Don't remember her ever having anything like this though. I think this is the first time I've ever even seen one. love it wish I could see the top of the lid. plan on bidding anyways though wish me luck...
