this is a Verizon phone its 3g also a touchscreen and a slider . i will only be sending the phone with the battery in it.it works great and i enjoyed using it very much.

I'm using my Verizon as we speak and YES they do use SIM cards. The phone won't work without it. You have to take the back of the case off to see the slot as well as that being mentioned in the information that came with it. Why does this phone not have a charger to plug it in?

Verizon Wireless does not use sim cards. they use an esn instead. there should be no slot for a sim card just so all of you know. watching for sure!

Not all 3G & 4G phones take SIM cards. It just depends on the carrier. Do you accept returns if the person has any reasonable issues with the phone?

usually Verizon phone dont do sim cards. at least thats what i seen from the verizon phones i have had

It do not have SIM card slot it is CDMA phone.
